    • You can reference the example below. It should read "Student Transcript" and not "Permanent Record," "Report Card," or "Progress Report."

Part 2: High School GPA & Transcript Data
Please upload a copy of your most recent transcript. (It must include fall and spring grades of the previous year). Your overall GPA must be on the document (either on the 4.0 scale or out of 100).

Grades in 7th or 8th Grade:
